•Hand wash carefully with Woolite gentle washing detergent, or a similar product.

•Use luke warm water and air dry ONLY

•For best gem care, water stains can be cleaned with a gentle household glass cleaner or jewelry cloth provided

•For best material care, put your Vmoonchi socks on the same way you would stockings, and be extremely careful around heel area

•To avoid snagging (gem to cotton) avoid stacking when storing

Just print out a return shipping label via our return portal, deliver your socks to your local USPS, and your job is done! Leave the hard work to us. Please allow 5 business days for this service. Your package will ship on the 6th business day. In the event that your vmoonchi socks are beyond repair, customer service will reach out with additional options.
